Nolan for ROY!
Just a quick note. I was watching Baseball Tonight's first half recap show, and Chris Singleton chose Nolan Reimold as his AL Rookie of the Year. So, all hope is not lost- at least someone on national television recognizes some of the good that's going on here.

Any love for Bergesen? He leads AL rookies in ERA, IP, and WHIP.
MLB Network did their 30 team midseason recap last night, and they had a lot of good things to say about the younger players as well, though they put a lot of focus on Tillman, Arrieta, and Matusz working down on the farm.
Bergessen's got my vote Doc, but he wasn't mentioned on the show. The only other analyst making picks was Eduardo Perez, and he picked Ricky Romero out of Toronto (even though, as you said, BB's killing him in all important categories).
The fact that the BBTN crew didn't mention him just confirms that he must be a good choice! :)
